When is payment due?
For all bookings, 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking to save the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. If your reservation is made less than 30 days from your event, then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
How much time is included in our booking?
Your booking grants you a total of 12 hours on the property. This period includes everything from setting up to celebrating and cleaning up afterward. You can begin as early as 10 AM on the day of your event. We kindly ask that all activities, including cleanup, are completed and the property is vacated within these 12 hours to ensure smooth transitions for all our guests.
Is parking included?
Yes, there is parking on Carter Lane and 41st Avenue.
Can the building be cooled?
Yes! during the warm months the building can be cooled with evaporative cooling at no extra charge.

When do belongings and rentals need to be removed?
All personal items, food, and alcohol must be respectfully cleared from the premises on the evening of your event. We also request that arrangements for rental pickup are made in advance and adhere to a timely schedule.
Is there a noise ordinance we need to be aware of?
Music must be turned down to a reasonable volume at 10:30 PM and the event must be concluded by 11 PM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone
Does the reception need to be held in the building?
No, the reception can be held either in the building or on the lawn.
Is security provided?
Yes, we provide 1-3 security guard's depending on the size of your event.
Is the pool fenced?
No, pool safety will be the responsibility of the renter and guests.
Do you offer catering or rentals?
While we do not directly offer catering or rentals services, we do have a list of reputable vendors we love to work alongside.
How is trash handled?
We provide a dumpster and garbage cans on site for your event. All trash must be thrown away in the dumpster by the end of your event.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the property. However, registered service animals are permitted with pre approval by management.
